Boo rain! This is the time of year when I have to watch myself in conversation because while most people are thinking crocuses, I’m rooting for snow to prolong the ski season.
I’m afraid we may be nearing the end. Weather for the next week is warm and wet. The field is thin and May soon be bare. We won’t be able to groom, but diehards will find some nice stretches of snow in the woods that will soften as temps rise each day.
Snowshoe trails may still be nice for a walk in the woods, especially along Lapham Brook.
I’ll keep my fingers crossed for surprise snow storms!
